What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping options. Costs vary based on the chosen method and destination, and will be calculated in real-time with your address at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free Ground shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected: Ground (5-7 business days), 2-Day, or Overnight. We ship from San Francisco on normal business days, and estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout. We aim to ship out orders received before 3pm on the same business day.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options including Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight delivery. Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout.
How can I check my order status?
We'll send you an email as soon as we receive your order. Look out for a second email when we ship it, complete with tracking information.
